Elevated Views Little Kaiteriteri

Relaxing watching the great view from lounge. Positive: Location was great perfect with children. Negative: More lighting outside, we arrived about 8pm, was hard to see where to go into the house.

Positive: Very large, very nice views from the house, comfortable beds. Negative: Not much of a home atmosphere, very empty.

Very enjoyable weekend in a stunning location Positive: Fabulous location, plenty of space, very well equiped, good communication with the property manager / owner. Negative: Beds next to the laundry were ok for our group but I could see how others might not love this.

We enjoyed our stay it’s a lovely property, views and access to walks & beach good Positive: Lovely big spacious house, great views. Plenty of storage in open plan kitchen and great seating in living room. Nice deck. Parking good. Negative: We weren’t aware of all the steps at the property. 4 flights to get to the kitchen upstairs to unload from car. Having had a back operation 6 mths ago & husband with new knees bit difficult unloading. Lift at property, but not allowed to use. Drawer in kitchen had rotten & black mouldy vegetables. We paid for a clean after us but previous one not 100%.

Nice location & view, balance OK apart from sleeping/toilet facilities Positive: View & location Negative: Lift access was listed & then withdrawn prior to arrival. Lucky we did not have our father/father in law staying as he is in a wheelchair ! Lack of bedding ie. Duvets etc or extra blankets Upstairs room off of kitchen locked off therefore no upstairs toilet facilities, very inconvenient ! The third room were beds placed in the laundry area - 2 singles. Only a blind that did not go the full length to ground & also cold as no drapes as the rest of the house
